Procurement Project & Process Specialist (m/f/d) (AI)

Location: Eggelsberg, Austria; applications are also welcome from Kraków, Poland, or Ostrava, Czech Republic. Occasional travel to Eggelsberg approximately four times per year is required. The role is hybrid in Austria, with 10 home-office days per month.

Salary: Minimum EUR 3,775.27 per month for a full-time position, according to the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, as of May 2026.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects covering procurement excellence, process improvement, digitalization, and new ways of working.
• Analyze existing processes and translate business needs into practical, sustainable, and user-friendly solutions.
• Implement, roll out, and continuously develop procurement tools, reporting platforms, process mining applications, and AI-driven technologies.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Procurement, IT, and business functions.
• Support change management, user adoption, training, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, project management, process improvement, business transformation, business analysis, information systems, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating or leading projects from concept through implementation.
• Good understanding of business processes and digital solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP MM, SAP Ariba, eProcurement platforms, SharePoint, or similar systems is advantageous.
• Mandatory written and spoken German and English communication skills.
