Manager, Procurement Excellence

Location: Hybrid in Spain; onsite work may be required as needed at the Madrid office

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for procurement processes and drive best practices, continuous improvement, and organizational change.
• Define and own the supplier lifecycle across sourcing, onboarding, contract management, performance management, strategic relationship management, and offboarding.
• Lead teams responsible for governance, supplier relationship management, third-party risk management, and procurement operations.
• Review procurement processes, systems, and data to identify efficiency gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead change management, tool rollouts, and process implementation across a matrix organization and multiple operating entities.
• Partner with category management, sourcing, master data, accounts payable, data privacy, legal, suppliers, and other stakeholders; deliver training and workshops.

Requirements

• 10 years of professional experience in procurement operations, sourcing, or category management.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management.
• Extensive experience designing and executing process improvement initiatives, such as Six Sigma.
• Strong communication, influencing, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leading and developing teams, working independently, and adapting to changing priorities.
• Ability to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, ethical standards, and procurement risk controls.

Nice to have

• Procurement or supply chain certification such as CPSM, CPP, CIPS, SPSM, or CSCP.
