What you will do

• Lead the company's highest-priority cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous problem statements to final delivery and hand-off.
• Transform vague mandates into structured plans with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Drive execution across multiple teams and align functional leads and executives on status, risks, and trade-offs.
• Apply analytical rigor to frame problems, evaluate options, build business cases, and measure impact.
• Establish the operating standards, templates, and playbooks that make Business Operations a repeatable, high-leverage engine.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Engineering, Compliance, and Advisory teams to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, ideally with a top management consulting firm and/or business operations at a hypergrowth startup.
• Undergraduate degree and MBA from top-tier universities.
• Strong analytical ability to use data for structuring problems and measuring outcomes.
• Demonstrated talent for creating structure in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in McLean, VA.
