What you will do

  • Build and scale the Professional Learning team, focusing on leadership development and organizational structure.
  • Define and own the metrics framework for team performance, content effectiveness, and customer outcomes.
  • Develop a multi-year content delivery strategy that integrates professional learning into the broader customer journey.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive expansion, renewal, and product adoption.
  • Manage all vendor relationships, contracts, and budget planning to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and scalability.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • 10+ years of experience in professional learning or educational services leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a strategic function or P&L at the Director level or higher.
  • Executive-level expertise in adult learning theory, literacy instruction, and the K-12 landscape.
  • Proven ability to leverage data and technology like Salesforce and LMS to drive operational efficiency.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
