TL;DR

Professional Learning Specialist (EdTech): Providing content-specific support, training, and guidance for the implementation of K-12 digital curriculum solutions with an accent on instructional best practices and successful adoption across customer lifecycles. Focus on delivering high-impact professional development presentations and managing complex learning plans for district leaders and teachers.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US). Active hiring for AZ, WI, CO, NC, SC, VA, NJ, NY, CT, PA.

Salary: $65,972 – $75,000 per year

What you will do

  • Deliver engaging small and large group presentations, both virtually and in-person, modeling instructional best practices.
  • Develop and implement professional learning plans to support clients from initial interest through renewal.
  • Collaborate with internal Customer Service and Sales teams to coordinate account set-up and delivery materials.
  • Manage multiple school districts and projects simultaneously, adjusting to seasonal peaks in activity.
  • Maintain detailed customer records, session summaries, and recommendations for next steps.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
  • Current teaching certification or prior teaching experience is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with blended and/or online learning.
  • Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record (required for travel up to 60-90% of the time).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
