Sales Supervisor

What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of Business Consultants.
• Drive sales acquisition, revenue, production, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Conduct weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Support agents with escalated calls and issues, escalating unresolved cases appropriately.
• Manage consultant schedules, payroll activities, team engagement, and recognition programs.
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly performance reports and collaborate with leadership.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of inside sales and leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to develop comprehensive plans that support sales success.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing, high-growth environment.
• Ability to achieve or exceed goals while considering efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
