National Sales Manager (Pharmaceuticals)

What you will do

• Drive pharmaceutical product sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the assigned territory.
• Educate physicians, hospital staff, and healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
• Analyze and manage the territory through structured sales plans aligned with revenue and product targets.
• Identify, classify, and profile customers while maintaining an up-to-date customer database.
• Build relationships with doctors, health centers, hospitals, and Medical Representatives.
• Gather ethical and healthcare channel information on company and competitor products and prepare project reports.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience leading a team.
• Experience selling or promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
• Ability to manage territories, sales plans, customer needs, and commercial reporting.
• Ability to maintain technical knowledge of specialty and disease areas and communicate product information accurately.

Nice to have

• Experience with cardiometabolic products.
• Experience with insulin products or generics.
