Sales Associate (Payments)

Location: Quezon City, Philippines; hybrid setup with work-from-home and field-based client visits. Must be a resident of or highly familiar with Manila and surrounding markets.

What you will do

• Acquire new merchants and expand existing accounts to increase revenue and market presence.
• Build long-term merchant relationships, strengthen customer loyalty, and reduce attrition.
• Negotiate sustainable commercial solutions for merchants and hirify.global.
• Grow branch networks, cross-sell payment solutions, and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to support business strategy and product innovation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, payments, merchant acquiring, banking, or FMCG.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales targets, managing relationships, and growing customer portfolios.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven and able to work independently while executing effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong command of English and Filipino; must be based in or highly familiar with Manila and surrounding markets.

Nice to have

• Experience in credit cards, payments, merchant acquiring, or fintech.
• Experience delivering product presentations, training sessions, or business reviews.
• Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
