Physical Sales & E-Commerce Executive, SEA (Shopify)

What you will do

• Develop and grow physical sales channels across Southeast Asia for vinyl, CDs, and other physical products.
• Manage pricing, inventory, forecasting, orders, deliveries, payment collection, and channel operations.
• Support wholesale and distribution channels with local distributors and retail partners.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize D2C storefronts powered by Shopify.
• Coordinate album launches, pre-orders, bundles, and release activity across wholesale and D2C channels.
• Collaborate with labels, artist teams, merchandise companies, distributors, retailers, fulfilment providers, and logistics partners.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in physical sales, e-commerce, or online retail.
• Hands-on experience managing sales channels and/or e-commerce stores.
• Experience with distributors, retail partners, D2C channels, sales operations, inventory, and forecasting.
• Hands-on Shopify experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, numerical, spreadsheet, and Microsoft tools skills, including Excel, Teams, and Copilot.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, artists, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with physical music products or consumer products.
• Familiarity with the Southeast Asian retail or consumer landscape.
