What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused results for oil and gas infrastructure projects.
• Oversee proposal development, budgeting, project planning, and reporting to ensure contractually compliant delivery.
• Identify and manage partners and subcontractors to strengthen technical quality and delivery capacity.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and preparing technical proposals for private sector clients.
• Lead technical input on ESG strategy, local content, and economic development initiatives.
• Serve as Project Director, providing quality assurance and oversight of budgets and client relationships.

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior-level experience in client-facing management roles on large projects in the oil and gas or infrastructure sector.
• 5+ years of direct experience working with oil and gas companies or infrastructure developers.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language (French preferred, Spanish, Arabic, or Portuguese).
• Must have current/future work authorization in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Proven experience in business development and leveraging professional networks.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecasts.

• Masters degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience engaging multisector stakeholders in oil and gas regions.
• Proven ability to catalyze inclusive economic growth in emerging markets.
• Experience writing technical proposals for private sector clients and international donors.
