What you will do

• Lead and manage delivery on pension schemes from buy-in through to buyout and wind-up.
• Utilize project management skills to support clients through the journey to wind-up while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospective clients, and insurers.
• Assist in business development activities, including proposal and pitch support.
• Support the development of best practice in post-transaction delivery, documentation, and training.

Requirements

• Relevant post-transaction risk settlement industry experience.
• Excellent UK pensions knowledge and experience with legislative requirements for pension scheme wind-ups.
• Strong project management and client delivery skills.
• Ability to explain complex problems clearly to stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
