TL;DR

Sr. Demand Generation Manager (SaaS): Owning enterprise pipeline generation through integrated, omnichannel campaigns with an accent on AI-driven automation and sales partnership. Focus on designing high-impact programs across paid media, ABM, and outbound to accelerate pipeline and optimize funnel performance.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA, New York, NY, or Raleigh, NC (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

Salary: $132,200 – $175,000

What you will do

  • Own enterprise pipeline generation as the primary success metric for the segment.
  • Execute integrated, omnichannel campaigns across paid media, email, events, ABM, and web.
  • Partner closely with enterprise AEs and sales leadership to sharpen strategy based on field insights.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, enrich data, and build intent-based triggers.
  • Analyze funnel data to identify gaps and implement creative programs for pipeline acceleration.
  • Report on program ROI, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B demand generation experience with integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience building AI-enabled workflows and automation logic.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo for data reporting and campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret funnel data and translate insights into actionable strategy.
  • Proven experience partnering directly with sales teams to align marketing and outbound efforts.
  • Exceptional communication skills for campaign copywriting and executive-level presentations.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in high-growth SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-native prospecting tools like Clay or Nooks.
  • Familiarity with intent and ABM platforms such as 6sense.
  • Experience aligning campaign strategy with SDR/BDR outbound execution.
