Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead data-informed social campaign strategies for NBC and Peacock series based on audience behavior and platform insights.
• Own performance reporting and synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Define content priorities and platform strategies grounded in platform best practices and performance goals.
• Monitor social conversations, sentiment, and competitive activity to identify reactive opportunities and potential risks.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, PR, Media, and Creative teams to integrate social strategy into broader campaign planning.
• Manage agency partners responsible for publishing, community management, and on-set social capture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media, digital, or entertainment marketing.
• Expertise in social platforms and emerging creative formats.
• Proven experience executing multi-platform social campaigns with measurable results.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working with talent, influencers, agencies, or production partners.
• Proficiency with Airtable, Sprout Social, and Microsoft Office (including SharePoint).
