Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage inbound inquiries for CNBC Cures, routing opportunities to editorial, sales, and PR stakeholders.
• Engage directly with Rare Disease families, patients, and advocates to build meaningful relationships.
• Lead external relationship management and identify/empower community ambassadors.
• Represent CNBC Cures at franchise events and external Rare Disease community gatherings.
• Produce and publish daily social content to sustain engagement and grow the audience.
• Measure and track community growth and impact, delivering actionable reports and insights.

Requirements

• 5 years of professional experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders from pediatric patients to corporate CEOs.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in writing and editing accurately in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated experience or interest in social media writing, production, and cross-platform strategy.
