What you will do

• Perform daily management of paid social campaigns, including launches, budget, and bid management.
• Research and execute strategic actions to meet client marketing goals via paid social opportunities.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance to implement efficiency optimizations.
• Guide creative development based on performance data and results.
• Monitor and proactively optimize ongoing campaigns for a diverse client portfolio.
• Mentor and support team members in becoming better paid social campaign managers.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of diverse media experience with strong knowledge of online advertising and paid social.
• Proven experience implementing social media and real-time marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in optimizing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Strong analytical and math skills with a proven ability to interpret data.
• Facebook Blueprint Media Buying Professional Certification required by month 3 of employment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify).
