What you will do

  • Lead global HR service delivery across Tier 0, Tier 1, and Tier 2 support models.
  • Establish globally consistent processes, SLAs, and service standards.
  • Redesign high-volume employee journeys using persona-based design and automation.
  • Drive the implementation of conversational AI, intelligent case routing, and workflow automation.
  • Partner with HR Technology and IT to advance ServiceNow HRSD and Workday integrations.
  • Build and develop global teams and manage vendor partnerships to ensure quality and scale.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
  • Proven experience in leading global HR service delivery and operations.
  • Expertise in HR technology platforms such as ServiceNow HRSD and Workday.
  • Strong background in process redesign, automation, and AI-driven service improvements.
  • Ability to define and manage operational KPIs and dashboards.
  • Experience in building and scaling global teams and managing vendor relationships.
