Director HR - Shared Services

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States

Expected base pay: $151,660–$227,200 per annum, plus eligibility for bonus and equity plans.

What you will do

• Lead global HR service delivery across self-service, service center operations, and specialized HR services.
• Establish consistent global processes, service-level agreements, policies, and service standards.
• Redesign high-volume employee journeys, including onboarding, job and data changes, leave, and offboarding.
• Improve employee experience through automation, intuitive workflows, conversational AI, intelligent case routing, and AI-powered knowledge search.
• Partner with HR Technology and IT on ServiceNow HRSD, Workday, Scout, and key integrations.
• Define operational KPIs and dashboards while leading governance, teams, and vendor partners.

Requirements

• Experience leading global HR service delivery and operational HR services.
• Ability to build globally consistent processes, service standards, governance, and operational rhythms.
• Experience modernizing HR processes through automation, AI, self-service, and workflow optimization.
• Experience partnering with HR Technology and IT on HR platforms and integrations.
• Ability to build and develop global teams and manage vendor partners.
