What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of B2B customers in China without dedicated KAM coverage.
- Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across the ecosystem.
- Secure renewals and prevent churn through proactive engagement and risk monitoring.
- Execute full-funnel sales motions, including lead qualification, discovery, and proposal preparation.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Engineering and other cross-functional teams to influence product strategy.
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and use programmatic approaches to scale outreach.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, ideally in SaaS or developer tools.
- Native fluency in Chinese and professional proficiency in English (B1/B2).
- Proven success in managing high-volume portfolios and executing expansion motions.
- Analytical approach to pipeline management and account prioritization.
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and modern sales tooling.
- Confidence working with technical audiences and motivation to learn the product ecosystem.
