What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of B2B customers in China without dedicated KAM coverage.
  • Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across the hirify.global ecosystem.
  • Secure renewals and prevent churn through proactive engagement and risk monitoring.
  • Execute full-funnel sales motions, including lead qualification, discovery, and proposal preparation.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Engineering and other cross-functional teams to influence product strategy.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and use programmatic approaches to scale outreach.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, ideally in SaaS or developer tools.
  • Native fluency in Chinese and professional proficiency in English (B1/B2).
  • Proven success in managing high-volume portfolios and executing expansion motions.
  • Analytical approach to pipeline management and account prioritization.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and modern sales tooling.
  • Confidence working with technical audiences and motivation to learn the product ecosystem.
