What you will do

  • Identify and secure high-impact partnerships in Fintech, eCommerce, and other relevant industries to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of potential partners that align with the company's value proposition.
  • Implement strategies to optimize partner performance and increase revenue contributions over time.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and operations teams to design and execute partner solutions.
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure partners meet agreed growth goals, scaling to 60 new customers per month within a year.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of partnership experience in a tech company or startup specializing in Fintech, SaaS, or eCommerce.
  • Proven track record of signing new partners and driving high-impact revenue or user growth.
  • Professional fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
  • Must possess an active, established ecosystem of contacts across Hong Kong’s SME hubs, accelerators, and local Fintech circles.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and a network in the Greater Bay Area / Guangdong region are highly preferred.
