What you will do

  • Accelerate sales trajectory and scalability by activating partner sales engagement.
  • Execute strategic partner sales and marketing plans to exceed sales targets.
  • Drive business plan execution by leveraging key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Consult with partner and direct sales leaders to optimize selling team execution.
  • Engage internal teams to expand the enterprise automation agenda with end customers.
  • Drive customer success, renewals, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Partner or Sales Management within the software/SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record in building and managing strategic partners in the local market.
  • Deep experience in practice building, solution development, and partner marketing execution.
  • Strong ability to work in a highly matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills in English and local language.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on tactical execution and relationship building.
