What you will do

• Develop and launch solutions for complex global freight forwarding clients.
• Accelerate growth across air, ocean, trade advisory, customs, and purchase order management services.
• Partner with teams in the US and Europe to identify expansion opportunities and increase share of wallet.
• Work with supply chain operations, procurement, account solutions, professional services, implementation, legal, industry specialists, and trade and financial services teams to execute client strategies.
• Build executive-level customer relationships and maintain connections with stakeholders at major global brands.
• Monitor industry and supply chain developments to educate and support clients through change.

Requirements

• Track record of delivering innovation and driving business results with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience working with complex global team structures and building international client relationships.
• Strategic planning, disciplined execution, organization, and a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent presentation, written, verbal, phone, and media communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
• Understanding of cultural differences, high integrity, and a compliance-first approach in a regulated industry.
