What you will do
- Lead business growth plans by generating sales leads and transforming them into strategic opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, advocating for their needs and finding win-win solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers, providing coaching on client interactions and career development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and implementation teams to execute client strategies.
- Monitor client health and product adoption to ensure business objectives and retention goals are met.
- Stay current on industry developments to proactively educate clients and support them through supply chain changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree required.
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, account management, or supply chain operations.
- Proven track record in managerial or team lead positions.
- Experience working within complicated global team matrices.
- Strong background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
