Salary: $50,300 - $69,125

What you will do

• Guide clients through the onboarding process and assist with complex account setup tasks.
• Manage client interactions via email, chat, video conference, and phone regarding operational matters.
• Resolve client issues and address inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle internal and external operational requirements.
• Maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and service excellence.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services operations.
• Knowledge of investment products and services, including ACAT and IRA distributions.
• Proven experience in client operations, customer support, or education roles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain a reliable high-speed wired internet connection for remote work.
