What you will do

• Act as the first line of support (Tier 1) to deliver fast and high-quality resolutions for clients.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to payment formats, extracts, and inbound/outbound connectivity.
• Manage RSA and Symantec credentials to ensure secure operations.
• Partner with Customer Success and Account Managers to facilitate smooth client onboarding and transitions.
• Escalate deep-seated technical issues to the Development team with clear, well-documented insights.
• Identify trends in client issues and provide actionable feedback for product and process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B technical support, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in working with APIs, bank connectivity, and payment formats.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in Illinois (IL), USA to support hybrid office collaboration.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations where documentation may be limited.
