What you will do
- Manage a steady volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
- Identify and resolve the root cause of customer needs to ensure first-touch resolution.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all cases, including context and actions taken.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners to solve customer issues.
- Adhere to workforce management schedules and performance standards.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (support, account management, or call center).
- Ability to work and remain productive in an open-office environment.
- Strong communication skills with confidence, professionalism, and empathy.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to remain composed and empathetic in high-stress situations.
