Salary: 2000-2700 EUR gross + monthly bonuses

What you will do
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless transition.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather and verify necessary documentation.
- Provide direct guidance and support to clients during their initial onboarding phase.
- Monitor and report on onboarding progress and final outcomes.
- Continuously analyze and improve the onboarding workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an onboarding or related customer success role.
- English: C1 level required
- Russian: C1 level required
- Experience working within the fintech industry.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Riga.
