Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 base salary

What you will do
- Support the end-to-end client onboarding process, including clinical workflow integration and go-live support.
- Deliver hands-on training to healthcare providers and clinic staff both virtually and in-person.
- Build long-term client relationships as the primary resource for product usage and troubleshooting.
- Monitor key success metrics and customer satisfaction to drive retention and growth.
- Identify and align client needs with product solutions to expand adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a technical field (e.g., Nursing, Biomedical Engineering).
- Must be based in the United States.
- Understanding of healthcare environments, clinical workflows, and EHR systems.
- Knowledge of clinical data privacy standards, specifically HIPAA.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Direct patient care experience.
- Experience in customer success or clinical training within medical devices, ophthalmology, or healthcare IT.
- Familiarity with ophthalmic imaging or diabetic retinopathy screening.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
