What you will do

• Manage the full employee IT lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and device provisioning.
• Administer the core identity and SaaS stack (SSO, MDM, directory) using security-first principles.
• Provide first-line internal support and convert recurring issues into self-service documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Security teams to ensure endpoint and network reliability.
• Script and automate manual provisioning and reporting to scale IT operations.

Requirements

• Experience in IT ownership, systems administration, or IT engineering within fast-growing companies.
• Proficiency with identity and device management tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, or Intune.
• Ability to script in Python, Bash, or similar languages to automate repetitive tasks.
• Strong security-conscious mindset and attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco, California
