Salary: $140K–$166.1K for Senior 1 or $152.1K–$185.9K for Senior 2, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the employee IT lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, devices, and access management.
• Administer the SaaS and identity stack, including SSO, MDM, and directory systems.
• Provide first-line internal support and convert recurring issues into self-service, documentation, and automation.
• Partner with Engineering and Security to maintain reliable and compliant endpoints, networks, and tools.
• Script and automate provisioning, reporting, and routine fixes to scale IT operations.

Requirements

• Experience owning IT, systems administration, or IT engineering in a fast-growing company.
• Experience with identity and device management, including tools such as Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, or Intune.
• Comfort scripting with Python, Bash, or similar technologies.
• Security-conscious approach with strong attention to operational detail.
• Service orientation combined with engineering instincts and a focus on addressing root causes.
