TL;DR
Senior Manager, Marketing AI and Automation (MarTech/AI): Building the technical integration and agentic AI layer for the marketing stack to automate complex workflows with an accent on API-first integrations and multi-agent systems. Focus on designing production-ready AI copilots, optimizing data models across MarTech tools, and replacing manual coordination with intelligent, self-running systems.
Location: Hybrid (Mountain View, CA) - Must be in-office 3 days per week

What you will do
- Own the integration architecture and design for the core marketing stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, and others.
- Design and ship multi-agent AI systems to automate lead routing, campaign execution, and content operations.
- Build API-first, event-driven integrations to unify disconnected marketing tools into a single cohesive system.
- Define and enforce data models and integration standards to ensure reliable data flow across every tool.
- Partner with demand gen and content leaders to transform business goals into automated workflow architectures.
- Set production standards for LLM selection, agent orchestration, memory, and human-in-the-loop design.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, CA (Hybrid).
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Engineering, Marketing Operations, or Business Systems within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of shipping AI workflows, copilots, or agent-based systems in production.
- Deep hands-on experience integrating MarTech stacks (Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, 6sense/Demandbase) at the API and data model level.
- Strong technical understanding of LLMs, agent orchestration, memory, guardrails, and evaluation.
- Ability to translate complex agent architecture into plain language for executives and stakeholders.
