What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Apply AI, machine learning, and modern automation tools to solve complex operational challenges.
• Collaborate with Client Operations, Finance, and People teams to identify and deliver automation solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between platforms like Salesforce, JIRA, HRIS, and ERP systems.
• Develop robust, well-documented solutions with proper error handling and monitoring.
• Monitor automation performance and iterate on solutions based on user feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America
• 3+ years of experience in automation hirify.globalering or a related technical role.
• Proficiency with automation platforms like Workato, Zapier, or Make.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or JavaScript and experience with API integrations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and integration patterns.
• Experience with AI/ML tools and LLM-based automation.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience with Agentforce or equivalent agent building.
• Experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with JIRA, HRIS, and finance tools.
