What you will do

• Embed with customer teams to design and deploy complex AI-powered CX solutions.
• Translate business KPIs into actionable AI use cases and reference architectures.
• Lead rapid POC and MVP implementations using hirify.global Cloud AI and Agentic Virtual Agents.
• Advise on integrating AI components with CRM, ERP, and third-party enterprise systems.
• Own post-go-live iteration and performance tuning to ensure sustained value realization.
• Champion responsible AI design principles and ethical guardrails across all deployments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• At least 8 years of experience in consulting and implementing CX, CRM, or AI orchestration platforms.
• Proven experience with APIs, data pipelines, and modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong hands-on experience with LLM or LAM-powered conversational AI and integration patterns.
• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous customer environments.
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
