TL;DR

Account Executive Customer Growth (SaaS): Driving revenue growth within the existing ANZ customer base by expanding the adoption of hirify.global's product suite including Marketing, SMS, and Analytics with an accent on multi-product solution mapping and strategic account management. Focus on closing expansion deals, managing complex buying cycles, and integrating AI into sales workflows.

Location: Based in Sydney, Australia (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Grow revenue within the ANZ customer base by introducing and closing new products across Marketing, K:Service, SMS, and Analytics.
  • Manage the full expansion sales cycle from identifying whitespace and running discovery to closing deals.
  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy for territory growth and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CSMs, Partners, and internal stakeholders to drive customer outcomes.
  • Integrate AI into daily workflows to build smarter systems and increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Full authorization to work in Australia without any restrictions.
  • Based in Sydney.
  • 2+ years of experience carrying revenue quotas with consistent overachievement in MarTech or SaaS.
  • Experience selling platform or multi-product solutions to Marketing, CX, or Operations personas.
  • Strong domain knowledge of Ecommerce, Retail, or Brands.
  • Proven ability to manage complex buying cycles and build consensus across stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Customer Support SaaS platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
  • Experience with SMS marketing.
