Strategic Account Manager, Enterprise (SaaS): Establishing and growing enterprise business across APAC markets by creating new partnerships and unlocking growth within existing hospitality accounts with an accent on Australia and New Zealand. What you will do
- Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities through the acquisition of multi-property groups and growth within existing accounts.
- Drive new business via consultative selling and coordinating high-level discussions with buying authorities to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Onboarding, Support, Sales, and Marketing to develop winning growth strategies for the APAC region.
- Increase product adoption and service satisfaction through proactive customer engagement and feedback loops.
- Manage the contract renewal process and ensure customers are committed to term agreements to protect revenue.
- Travel regularly within the region to attend trade shows, conferences, and Quarterly Business Reviews with high-value accounts.
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of the hospitality/hotel industry and travel technology infrastructure for large hotel groups.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS consultative selling to C-level personas.
- Proven track record in partnership management or strategic account management within a technology or travel business.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to navigate complex buying structures and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently as a resilient self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Fluent English proficiency required.
