TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving net-new revenue and platform expansion for enterprise accounts in the APAC region with an accent on multi-threaded deal execution and executive alignment. Focus on building strategic partnerships, navigating complex procurement cycles, and translating technical platform value into board-level business outcomes.

Location: Must be based in Australia. Role is remote unless within commuting distance of a hirify.global office (SF, NY, London, Berlin), where hybrid anchor days apply.

Salary: 388,000 - 524,000 AUD OTE

What you will do

  • Build and execute multi-year account plans for a curated set of Major Accounts.
  • Drive net-new revenue through outbound ownership, rigorous discovery, and multi-threaded deal execution.
  • Translate platform capabilities into narratives around developer velocity and AI-driven transformation.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations to establish hirify.global as a long-term strategic infrastructure partner.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Partner Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS with a track record of closing six and seven-figure deals.
  • Fluent in English and local language requirements for the territory.
  • Experience in partner-influenced or co-sell motions with hyperscalers or SIs.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC and rigorous CRM discipline.
  • Ability to hold technically grounded conversations with CTOs and CFOs.

Nice to have

  • Background in web development, developer tooling, or AI/ML.
  • Existing relationships at AWS, GCP, Azure, or major SI/ISV players.
  • Experience navigating ELAs and global framework agreements in regulated industries.
  • Sales experience in media, retail, financial services, or digital-native verticals.
