TL;DR

Partner Account Manager (Mid-Market): Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic agency and services partners to drive revenue and market expansion with an accent on joint go-to-market planning and co-sell execution. Focus on building repeatable pipeline, strengthening partner profitability, and accelerating adoption of the platform's AI-powered capabilities.

Location: Must hold valid work authorization for Australia. The role is based in the Sydney office with up to 25% travel required.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 15–20 strategic agency and services partners.
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate high-potential new partners to expand regional coverage.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline through structured joint GTM and business plans.
  • Lead joint account mapping with internal sales teams to identify whitespace and accelerate deals.
  • Execute joint GTM programs with marketing to generate demand and improve partner positioning.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track performance and drive long-term impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel management, business development, or SaaS sales.
  • Valid work authorization for Australia is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue or partner-related quotas.
  • Experience working with mid-market or enterprise-level customers.
  • Strong ability to build executive relationships and lead joint GTM motions.
  • Confidence in presenting product and value-based solutions to partners and customers.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the ecommerce or marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered platform solutions.
