Location: Must hold valid work authorization for Australia. The role is based in the Sydney office with up to 25% travel required.

What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 15–20 strategic agency and services partners.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate high-potential new partners to expand regional coverage.
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline through structured joint GTM and business plans.
- Lead joint account mapping with internal sales teams to identify whitespace and accelerate deals.
- Execute joint GTM programs with marketing to generate demand and improve partner positioning.
- Conduct regular business reviews to track performance and drive long-term impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel management, business development, or SaaS sales.
- Valid work authorization for Australia is mandatory.
- Proven track record of hitting revenue or partner-related quotas.
- Experience working with mid-market or enterprise-level customers.
- Strong ability to build executive relationships and lead joint GTM motions.
- Confidence in presenting product and value-based solutions to partners and customers.
Nice to have
- Experience in the ecommerce or marketing technology ecosystem.
- Familiarity with AI-powered platform solutions.
