What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and designers to ensure project alignment.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client leadership to navigate organizational dynamics.
• Establish and manage PMO infrastructure, including governance, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Contribute to business analysis, change management, and process design as part of engagement delivery.
• Integrate AI tools into delivery workflows to enhance reporting, risk synthesis, and velocity.

Requirements

• Must be based in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA.
• 5–10 years of experience managing enterprise technology programs such as ERP or data platform rollouts.
• Proven background in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong command of project management fundamentals and delivery rigor.
• Ability to present to and influence senior client leadership.
• Demonstrated secondary skill in business analysis, process design, or technical fluency.
• Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools for project delivery.
