What you will do
- Lead client onboarding and first-time activation on Reddit using Business Manager and initial campaign creation.
- Own signal and technical foundations to ensure strong advertiser implementation (pixel/CAPI/MMP/measurement).
- Analyze campaign performance data and run a continuous Test & Learn roadmap (A/B testing creative, audience segmentation) to beat initial goals.
- Identify and secure upsell/scaling opportunities within the first two quarters by demonstrating ROI, then transition clients to the SSG Account Executive team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally by submitting tickets to troubleshoot issues and improve client setup and performance.
- Ensure graduation readiness by meeting defined success criteria and positioning clients for high growth.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based locally in Toronto and work from the office 1–2 days per week.
- 4–7 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Media Planning/Strategy within digital advertising, social media, or performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel to deliver insights, optimization recommendations, and prove ROI.
- Expertise in Test & Learn and Measurement Lift methodologies, including building structured learning agendas.
- Solid understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
- Strong technical acumen for signal foundations, plus understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
