What you will do

  • Own the full onboarding lifecycle, including pre-scopes and go-lives to launch new partners on the platform.
  • Balance project management tasks with ongoing account management responsibilities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships through regular contact and quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive partner success by helping clients maximize platform value to improve retention.
  • Implement a consistent contact strategy to keep partners active and engaged.
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless transitions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Implementation, or Customer Success.
  • Proven ability to manage project timelines and technical configurations.
  • Strong customer success mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a high-volume SaaS or SMB environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with multi-product selling.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
