What you will do
- Own the full onboarding lifecycle, including pre-scopes and go-lives to launch new partners on the platform.
- Balance project management tasks with ongoing account management responsibilities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships through regular contact and quarterly business reviews.
- Drive partner success by helping clients maximize platform value to improve retention.
- Implement a consistent contact strategy to keep partners active and engaged.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless transitions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Implementation, or Customer Success.
- Proven ability to manage project timelines and technical configurations.
- Strong customer success mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Experience working in a high-volume SaaS or SMB environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-product selling.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
