Salary: $325,000 - $425,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the full deal lifecycle for complex infrastructure transactions from identification to close.
• Structure and negotiate large-scale agreements with hyperscalers, telecom providers, and hardware vendors.
• Develop financial models and commercial frameworks to support executive decision-making.
• Translate complex technical requirements from engineering into viable contractual terms.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with strategic counterparties.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Engineering teams to align deal terms with risk and technical requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco office (Hybrid policy).
• Demonstrated track record of leading and closing complex, high-value technology transactions.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including deal economics and investment analysis.
• Technical fluency in high-speed networking or memory technologies.
• Experience working at or negotiating with hyperscalers, telecom providers, or AI infrastructure companies.
• Strong communication and executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• 8–10 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or business development.
• Background in M&A or strategic investments in infrastructure domains.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure requirements and supply chain dynamics.
• Experience with vendor financing, equipment leasing, or capital markets structures.
