Sr Pricing Manager (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; work persona: Flexible or Remote

Base pay: $155,400–$272,000, plus equity when applicable, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead pricing and monetization strategy across AI and other product offerings.
• Use analytical techniques to segment markets and recommend pricing and packaging models.
• Collaborate with product, go-to-market, and operational stakeholders to align monetization strategies with the product roadmap.
• Review price realization, track KPIs, and drive continuous pricing optimization.
• Identify growth opportunities, including new pricing models, promotions, and go-to-market approaches.
• Manage senior stakeholders and secure alignment on pricing and packaging changes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology across pricing, sales strategy, business operations, and/or product strategy.
• 4+ years of pricing strategy, go-to-market, or business strategy experience in a technology or consulting firm.
• Knowledge of SaaS businesses and the ability to model pricing and monetization tradeoffs.
• Expertise in pricing or marketing surveys, including conjoint analysis, A/B testing, or equivalent methods.
• Strong understanding of target users and their problems, with the ability to develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to secure executive buy-in for pricing and monetization strategies.
