What you will do

  • Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture inbound leads and early-stage opportunities driven by outbound efforts.
  • Conduct cold calling across existing Salesforce customers and target net-new logos.
  • Coordinate and align outreach strategies with internal sales account teams.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within assigned target accounts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Korean and English language skill.
  • Strong business communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High motivation to achieve personal goals and a clear ambition for a sales career path.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales.
  • Experience in account planning, researching, and cold calling into large account lists.
  • Prior experience working with CRM systems.
  • Proven track record of consistent year-over-year quota attainment.
