Location: Must be based in Seoul, South Korea

What you will do
- Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities.
- Manage and nurture inbound leads and early-stage opportunities driven by outbound efforts.
- Conduct cold calling across existing Salesforce customers and target net-new logos.
- Coordinate and align outreach strategies with internal sales account teams.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within assigned target accounts.
Requirements
- Fluency in Korean and English language skill.
- Strong business communication and interpersonal skills.
- High motivation to achieve personal goals and a clear ambition for a sales career path.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales.
- Experience in account planning, researching, and cold calling into large account lists.
- Prior experience working with CRM systems.
- Proven track record of consistent year-over-year quota attainment.
