What you will do

• Own the full execution of performance marketing campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Lead strategic communication with clients regarding performance, tactical updates, and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze marketing funnels and adapt strategies to meet eCommerce and lead generation goals.
• Create and present performance reports, leveraging data to tell compelling stories for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative, organic, and influencer teams to ensure best-in-class channel performance.
• Utilize AI technologies and proprietary ecosystem tools to enhance and optimize business processes.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• 1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing in E-Commerce.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Shopify.
• Strong data analytics skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
