What you will do

• Develop and execute creative strategies for video ads using consumer research and data insights.
• Write high-converting scripts and copy for video, static images, and email campaigns.
• Manage the production lifecycle from conceptualization to live testing on TikTok, Facebook, and Google Ads.
• Analyze performance metrics via Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager to iterate on content.
• Collaborate with creators and editors to ensure visuals align with the strategic vision.
• Conduct weekly strategic account planning and identify emerging social media trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing or creative strategy.
• Experience with Paid Social or Direct Response (work/writing samples required).
• Proficiency with FB Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or other ad platforms.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Expertise in social media platforms, specifically Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
