What you will do

• Own the full P&L, pacing, and performance strategy for insurance-focused video campaigns.
• Execute hands-on campaign management in Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok platforms.
• Scale multi-vertical lead and call generation while optimizing for ROAS and margin.
• Develop creative strategies using AI tools to test hooks, formats, and messaging rapidly.
• Build and document repeatable operating systems and playbooks for video buying.
• Communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in high-growth performance marketing portfolios.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience scaling video-first portfolios with budgets of $20M+/year.
• Proven track record in lead generation niches such as insurance, finance, or marketplaces.
• Deep technical mastery of platform architecture, bidding, and conversion event setup.
• Proficiency in BI tools and advanced Excel for performance modeling and analytics.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
