Location: Hybrid: Must be based in San Francisco, California (3-5 days in office per week)

What you will do

• Own day-to-day execution, optimization, and analysis of Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest channels.
• Support paid search efforts across Google and YouTube.
• Develop and manage campaigns across audience, ad set, and creative levels to meet growth targets.
• Collaborate with brand and creative teams to develop assets that align with company aesthetics and drive impact.
• Evaluate and test new ad products and platform innovations to identify growth opportunities.
• Communicate channel insights to internal stakeholders to influence broader marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns at scale, specifically in e-commerce or DTC.
• Hands-on expertise with Ads Manager platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing significant budgets within efficiency thresholds.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for synthesizing data into insights.
• Strong understanding of marketing attribution and the customer journey.
