What you will do
- Own and develop paid social strategies for a portfolio of complex, multi-platform client accounts.
- Execute full-funnel campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and YouTube.
- Manage tracking and attribution setups, including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and catalog feeds.
- Lead client relationships through quarterly business reviews, executive presentations, and strategic planning.
- Build performance forecasts, budget recommendations, and multi-quarter growth plans.
- Mentor peers and contribute to agency-wide SOPs and frameworks to improve quality.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 6 to 8+ years of experience in paid social or paid media, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and ROAS growth for eCommerce brands.
- Deep expertise in Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and YouTube platforms.
- Proficiency with Shopify and core eCommerce metrics (ROAS, MER, CPA, CAC, AOV, CVR, LTV).
- Strong technical command of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and attribution modeling.
Nice to have
- Experience with influencer or affiliate marketing strategy.
- Experience managing enterprise-level budgets across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency with GA4, Supermetrics, or advanced social reporting tools.
