What you will do

• Obtain client purchase orders and set up project phases to align with client requirements.
• Perform monthly billing reconciliations and maintain the project database.
• Prepare invoices ensuring adherence to contract terms and fee schedules.
• Generate financial reports for management regarding accounts receivables and collections.
• Troubleshoot billing issues and provide constructive solutions to client inquiries.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to finalize invoices and assist with project completion.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and management interaction.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) or professional services industry.
• Proficiency with Deltek Vision accounting software and Concur.
