What you will do

• Compile and verify employee time, production records, and timecards.
• Reconcile timecard exceptions and process payroll.
• Prepare and submit in-house and client billing.
• Generate cost reports for internal and client requirements.
• Provide administrative support to project management, superintendents, and foremen.
• Produce correspondence and reports as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of timekeeping experience in construction or turnaround environments.
• Must be available to travel.
• Must possess TWIC and OSHA certifications.
• Minimum of one-year experience using tracking software.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
