What you will do

• Perform remote and on-site software installations for banking clients.
• Analyze customer systems and map them to hirify.global product requirements.
• Configure software parameters and train customers on feature functionality.
• Communicate customer needs and application issues to internal teams.
• Assist in validating data conversion and analyzing transaction processing.
• Mentor and provide training to team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a bank or credit union.
• Minimum 2 years of item processing experience.
• Must be able to travel up to 10% for on-site installations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must reside within 70 miles of specified office locations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL querying.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows OS and Office.
