What you will do

• Lead credit analytics for the SNPL team and serve as the primary source of truth for credit insights.
• Develop and optimize valuation frameworks, vintage analysis, and NPV credit models.
• Design and manage Acquisition and Customer Management Credit Policies to optimize approval rates and limit defaults.
• Build end-to-end credit analytics frameworks for current and future digital credit products.
• Deliver high-level executive reporting on portfolio health, NPL trends, and macroeconomic risks.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate ML scoring models and research alternative data sources.

Requirements

• 4+ years of deep analytical experience in Credit Risk, specifically managing unsecured consumer lending or digital lending products.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and statistical data modeling using Python, R, or dbt.
• Proven track record of defining credit policies and managing the trade-off between growth and loss provisions.
• Experience working with data scientists to integrate predictive ML credit scorecards.
• Ability to communicate complex portfolio metrics effectively to C-suite and investment partners.
• Experience and alignment with US-based consumer lending dynamics
