What you will do

• Define first-party fraud typologies for conversational lending and execute mitigation strategies.
• Own repayment fraud and chargeback analytics for SNPL payments to identify exploit loops.
• Drive key fraud metrics, including fraud rates and false positive ratios.
• Partner with Operations to scale automated block and manual investigation policies.
• Refine Machine Learning models and orchestrate dynamic rules within Taktile decisioning workflows.
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to report Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Fraud Risk Management within consumer lending, digital wallets, or BNPL ecosystems.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data manipulation using Python, R, or BI tools.
• Experience with modern decision engines like Taktile or Provenir and ML risk models.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to translate fraud patterns into business risks.
• Builder mentality with the ability to move from data insights to policy execution autonomously.
